Alleged Bow Meth Cooker, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Alleged Pittsfield burglar, prisoner who reportedly assaulted guards, Pembroke habitual offender, Concord welfare fraudster, all indicted.

CONCORD, NH — Frank (Barry) Merrill, 55, with a last known address of East Side Drive in Concord, for felony maintaining a common nuisance. Between June 14, and July 25 2017, his apartment at Regency Hill Estates was allegedly kept or maintained for the illegal keeping or selling of controlled drugs, according to the indictment.

Nicholas Messina, 39, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for three felony counts of assault by a prisoner. On June 11, and June 14, 2017, he allegedly punched correctional officers at the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord.

Stephanie Nameche, 43, of Eldridge Street in Concord, for felony welfare fraud. Between Jan. 12, 2012, and May 31, 2017, she allegedly intentionally filed false statements or misrepresentations about a male household member to obtain assistance or benefit that she was not qualified to receive in Concord. Robert O’Neill, 23, upper right, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony burglary. On July 10, 2017, he allegedly burglarized a home on River Road in Allenstown.

William F. Osborne III, 48, of Pembroke Road in Pembroke, on two counts of felony habitual offender. On July 19, 2017, he allegedly drove on Granite Street in Allenstown; on July 27, 2017, he allegedly drove on School Street in Allenstown.

Christopher Poire, 29, lower right, of Dicandra Drive in Bow, for manufacturing a controlled drug-methamphetamine and possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine, both felonies. The charges stemmed from alleged incidents in April 2017, in Bow.

Gary Poulin, 33, lower middle, of Lake Avenue in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on Aug. 16, 2017, in Hooksett.

Lisa Poulin, 49, of Weir Road in Boscawen, for controlled drug act-acts prohibited-cocaine allegedly on July 14, 2017, in Concord.

Chance Provencal, 42, of Country Club Drive in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on July 19, 2017, in Hooksett.

Kyle Rautenberg, 26, lower left, of Cabernet Road in Concord, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on March 24, 2016, in Concord.

Jared Reed, 40, of Middle Road in Belmont, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methadone allegedly on July 12, 2017, in Bow.
