Homeless Woman Indicted On Knife Threat, Home Invasion Charges: Roundup

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Nicholas Messina, 29, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on three felony counts of assault by a prisoner for allegedly punching correctional officers in the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord on June 11, 2017.
William Milardo, 53, upper middle, of Russell Street in Concord, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register with Concord Police as a sex offender on April 13, 2017. He was convicted of felonious sexual assault in 1987. Milardo was convicted of duty to report, according to the indictment, in Concord District Court in October 2016.

Bradley Mobbs, 27, upper right, of Goshen Drive in Loudon, on two felony counts of second-degree assault. On June 17, 2017, he allegedly caused bodily injury after pushing and spanking a child in Concord. Timothy Osborne, 23, lower middle, of Tilton Hill Road in Pittsfield, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-cocaine allegedly on June 17, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Amber Pelletier, 40, upper right, a homeless woman now located in Concord, on two counts of burglary, two counts of criminal threatening, and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies. On June 18, 2017, she allegedly stole items from the Walmart on Loudon Road in Concord. Twice before, according to the indictment, she was convicted in Manchester District Court. On June 29, 2017, she allegedly burglarized an apartment, while armed with a knife, on Pitman Street, placed the knife against a man’s throat, and then, a woman’s throat, while stating, “I will f------ slit your throat right here, right now,” or words to the effect, according to the indictment.
Briana Pelletier, 34, of Pheasant Road in Peterborough, on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-domestic violence charges, both felonies, for allegedly strangling a man, an intimate partner, in Hooksett on June 24, 2017.
Stephen Philibotte, 36, of North Barnstead Road in Center Barnstead, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on March 12, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Jose Rivera, 38, of Spruce Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 17, 2017, in Hooksett. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of one or more offenses in Hillsborough County Superior Court in September 2010.
Alberto Rodriguez, 24, lower left, of 229th Street North in the Bronx, NY, for felony identity fraud. On June 5, 2017, in Hooksett, he allegedly purchased merchandise using the debit card of another person.
Wilfredo Rodriguez, 34, of Concord Street in Concord, for felony habitual offender for allegedly driving on North Main Street in Concord on Aug. 24, 2016.
