Alleged Concord Meth Dealer Indicted In Merrimack County Court

Man indicted on numerous child sex image charges, Northfield woman indicted for burglary, Franklin man indicted on common nuisance charge.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Brandon Prue, 35, lower right, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two counts of possession of a controlled drug-amphetamine, methamphetamine, two counts of possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine, fentanyl, possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine with intent to distribute, and possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl with intent to distribute, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Loudon Road in Concord on Oct. 16, 2017.

Harry Rowley, 58, lower middle, of Chestnut Street in Franklin, for maintaining a common nuisance, possession of a narcotic drug-fentanyl, and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, all felonies, allegedly between December 2014, and September 2017, on Chestnut Street in Franklin.

David L. Six, 33, of North Avenue in Haverhill, MA, for controlled drug act; acts prohibited-Lorazapam and possession of a controlled drug-Tramadol, both felonies, allegedly on Sept. 4, 2017, in Hooksett.

Eric Sleeper, 47, middle left, of Hill Road in Franklin, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing tools and equipment from a construction site in Franklin on June 9, 2017.

Cassandra Stanley, 29, a homeless woman now located in Northfield, for felony burglary. On Aug. 15, 2017, she allegedly burglarized a home on Orchard Street in Franklin.

Steve Stylianou, 70, lower left, of River Road in Concord, on 12 felony counts of possession of child sexual abuse images allegedly on Feb. 8, 2017, in Concord.
