Alleged Concord Stranglers, Others Indicted: Roundup
Dunbarton man allegedly threatened woman with a hammer, Pembroke sex offender indicted, and Franklin, Andover men indicted on drug charges.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in January.
Christopher Maltais, 54, pictured upper left, of Concord Street in Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for second-degree assault, a felony, three counts of simple assault, and domestic violence-threatening. On Nov. 1, 2016, he allegedly strangled and assaulted a woman, and intimate partner, while saying, I’m am going to kill you,” or words to that effect, according to the indictment.

Joseph P. McCosker, 34, of Mary Rowe Drive in Hillsboro, for two counts of burglary and theft by unauthorized taking, all felonies, allegedly on Oct. 15, 2015, on West Hopkinton Road in Henniker. The theft charge was from Oct. 14, 2015, in Hennker, allegedly involving a coin collection valued at more than $1,500.
Wayne McDonald, 36, of Franklin Highway in Andover, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on June 10, 2016, in Loudon.

Matthew McMinn, 41, of Barnard Hill Road in Dunbarton, on two felony counts of domestic violence-criminal threatening and domestic violence-simple assault. On June 13, 2016, in Dunbarton, he allegedly put his hands around a woman’s throat and threatened to smash her head with a hammer, according to the indictment.
Hayden Moon, 24, pictured upper right, a homeless man, for felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, allegedly on Oct. 11, 2016, in Concord.
Travis Morgan, 23, pictured lower left, of Broadway in Pembroke, for two felony counts of duty to report, allegedly in August 2016 in Pembroke. Morgan was convicted of sexual assault in August 2014 in Merrimack County Superior Court and is required to register as a sexual offender. Police allege he failed to notify them when he left his job at a lumber company and registered a vehicle.
Robert Nadeau, 43, pictured lower left, of South Main Street in Franklin, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine, allegedly on Sept. 12, 2016, in Franklin.
