Henniker Man Arrested in Concord for Aggravated DWI: Log

CONCORD, NH — Timothy J. Byron, 28, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:15 a.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident at Regency Hill Estates on East Side Drive.

Zachary B. Matott, 22, of Foster Hill Road in Henniker, was arrested at 2:21 a.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for aggravated driving while intoxicated and driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on Pleasant Street.

Adam M. Babineau, 34, of Tanner Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:27 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for violation of a protective order; penalty, after an alleged incident on School Street.

Julian D. Osorio, 32, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:07 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. He was arrested on North Main Street.

Jean L. Beaulieu, 45, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:52 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested on North State Street.

Zachary I. Parent, 29, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on Bouton Street.

Patrick S. Walsh, 57, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:24 p.m. on Oct. 31, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions and possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. He was arrested near the clock tower on North Main Street.

Charles L. Foote, 50, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on Pleasant Street Extension.

Walter Duran, 35, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, received a summons at 6:30 a.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for misuse or failure to display plates after a traffic stop at the Exit 14 I-93 on-ramp.

Barry W. White, 45, of Rumford Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:20 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested at an apartment on Rumford Street.

Christopher T. Maltais, 53, of Concord Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:12 p.m. on Nov. 1, 2016, for second-degree assault, domestic violence-second-degree assault, simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, domestic violence-criminal threatening, and criminal threatening, after an alleged incident on Concord Street.
