Alleged South End Drug Dealer Arrested After Domestic Dispute: Log
An elderly Nashua man was arrested in Concord for breach after allegedly returning to Union Street where he was previously trespassed.

CONCORD, NH — Jason M. MacLeod, 36, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at noon on Dec. 6, 2016, on five counts of violation of a protective order; penalty. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Jensen’s manufactured home park on Manchester Street.

Dana S. Garneau, 45, of Federal Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:25 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for criminal threatening-domestic violence and criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident on Federal Street.

Patrick S. Walsh, 57, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for criminal trespass. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.
Norman H. Simmons, 76, of Kinsley Street in Nashua, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Dec. 6, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Union Street.

Arnold A. Lacrosse, 61, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:45 a.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Pleasant Street.
Aaron N. Counter, 34, of Palm Street in Concord, was arrested at 7 a.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for criminal liability-accomplice to sale of a controlled drug and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. The alleged incidents occurred at Boutwell’s Bowling Center on North State Street and at Blossom Hill Cemetery on North State Street.
Paullina Shiner, 35, pictured, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:05 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, on three counts of sale of controlled drugs and a single count of conspiracy, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on South Street in July and August allegedly involving 32 doses of Ritalin, about $460 worth of the drug. According to a report, officers were sent to the home for a domestic incident. When they arrived, they spoke with Shiner who allegedly sated that she had been arguing with a relative and “wanted him to leave, but he was convinced he lived there,” according to the report. She allegedly described the man as “a drug addict” who was no longer welcome to stay there. Shiner reportedly stated that the incident was verbal only. After running both their names, Shiner was found to have an active warrant on numerous charges and was arrested. She was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Jan. 23, 2017.
Kevin D. Harvey, 22, of Wood Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2016, for driving while intoxicated, conduct after an accident, and possession of drugs. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Wood Avenue.
