Drug Charge Issued Against Barnstead Man: Concord Police Log

Homeless pair arrested on drug dealing charges, Canterbury man arrested on numerous forgery charges, and Salisbury man faces driving charge.

CONCORD, NH — Matthew J. Crowley, 33, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3 a.m. on Dec. 8, 2016, for suspended registration, operating without a valid license, and four counts of sale of controlled drugs. Also arrested was Jennifer R. Harding, 37, also homeless, for criminal liability-accomplice to sale of a controlled drug. They were arrested on North State Street at Boutwell’s Bowling Center.

Dustin M. Hamilton, 29, pictured, of Hartshorn Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 9:45 a.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs. The charge stems from an alleged incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street.

Ashley Dupont, 34, of South Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:31 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, for possession of controlled drugs, unsown falsification, false report to law enforcement, and a warrant. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Hall Street and police headquarters.

Benjamin M. Berry, 40, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:35 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at Rumford Arms Apartments on North Main Street.

Mantas K. Crosby, 23, of Wilson Road in Canterbury, was arrested at 1:46 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, for theft by deception, receiving stolen property, and seven counts of forgery. The charges stem from an alleged incident at the TD Bank on North Main Street. She was also arrested on Dec. 5, on two counts of receiving stolen property.

Judah I. Jones, 20, of Old Turnpike Road in Salisbury, received a summons for misuse or failure to display plates at 11:48 p.m. on Dec. 9, 2016, after a traffic stop on North Main Street near the Holiday Inn.
