Alleged Liquor Thief, Others Indicted In Merrimack County

Plus, Franklin felon allegedly with a weapon, alleged Manchester forger, and Jaffrey man indicted after aggravated DWI crash on I-93.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Diane Senechal, 31, pictured lower right, of Janet Lee Court in Manchester, for felony receiving stolen property – a 2007 Ford F-150 pickup truck – from North Star Rentals in Bow that she allegedly received or retained on May 26, 2017.

Tobiah Scott, 30, pictured lower left, of Douglas Street in Manchester, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly stealing merchandise from the Hooksett Walmart on Jan. 18, 2017.

Jessica Shepard, 31, pictured far lower right, of Prescott Street in Manchester, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking-accomplice/principal. On March 16, 2017, in Hooksett, she allegedly worked in concert with Thomas Hicks to exercise unauthorized control over liquor at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlets on both the northbound and southbound sides of I-93 in Hooksett. Twice before, according to the indictment, she has been convicted of theft. Ashley Smith, 24, of Franklin Highway in Andover, for felony criminal mischief. On March 30, 2017, she allegedly threw a large rock at another person’s vehicle damaging a door.

James Smith, 37, pictured upper right, of Salisbury Road in Franklin, for felony convicted felons-deadly weapon. On May 23, 2017, he allegedly was in possession of a club inside a vehicle he was driving in Franklin.

James Spaulding, 20, of Mammoth Road in Manchester, for felony possession of a controlled drug-fentanyl allegedly on June 7, 2017, in Hooksett.

Gregory Steele, 26, of River Street in Jaffrey, for felony aggravated driving while intoxicated allegedly on June 9, 2017, on I-93 in Northfield, causing a motor vehicle collision with serious bodily injury.

William Steele, 47, of Manchester, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for felony forgery. On Nov. 4, 2016, he allegedly uttered and cashed a check on the account of Grace Construction for $2,479.20 at TD Bank in Hooksett.

Benjamin Stockwell, 27, pictured upper left, of Black Hall Road in Epsom, on two felony counts of possession of a narcotic drug-methamphetamine allegedly on May 16, 2017, in Epsom. According to the indictment, he was previously convicted in Merrimack County Superior Court in August 2016.

Howard Swenson, 53, of Youngs Hill Road in Loudon, for felony possession of a controlled drug-Alprazolam allegedly on the Suncook Valley Highway in Pittsfield on May 10, 2017.

Stephen Szymkowski, 30, of Cedar Court in Franklin, for felony possession of a controlled drug-morphine in Franklin on June 24, 2017.
