Alleged Penacook Meth Dealer Indicted in Infant Death Case: Roundup
Convicted Pittsfield thief indicted for theft, women indicted on drug charges, Concord sex offender, in jail, indicted for duty to report.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in Merrimack County Superior Court recently.
Jessica Ratay, 38, of Main Street in Pittsfield, on two felony counts of theft by unauthorized taking between January and April 2016 at the Dunkin’ Donuts in Chichester. She was previously convicted on theft charges in Auburn and Dover District Courts in 1999 and 2005. At the time of the incident, Ratay was also out of bail on a theft charge, according to the indictment.

Nicole Robinson, 33, of Penacook Street in Concord, for operating while deemed a habitual offender and possession of a controlled drug-crack cocaine, both felonies, allegedly on June 2, 2016, while driving on Hall Street in Bow.
Kaitlyn Rollins, 23, pictured upper left, of Willow Terrace in Loudon, for possession of controlled drugs-Clonazepam, allegedly on April 14, 2016, in Concord.

Bradford Ross, 20, pictured lower left, with a last known address of Main Street in Laconia, for two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, amphetamine, felony possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, with intent to distribute, and two counts endangering the welfare of a child. On Aug. 1, 2016, in Concord, he allegedly allowed a baby and a toddler to sleep within close proximity to methamphetamine on Penacook Street in Penacook.
Abraham Roz, 35, pictured upper right, of North Main Street in Concord, for two counts of sale of a controlled drug-marijuana, possession of a controlled drug-marijuana with intent to distribute, all felonies, and possession of a controlled drug-marijuana. On April 30, and May 8, 2016, he allegedly sold marijuana to an undercover police officer near the South Street Market and on Branch Turnpike. After being arrested on May 13, he was allegedly in possession of marijuana.
John Sadatis, 37, pictured upper center, incarcerated in the Merrimack County House of Corrections at the time of the indictment, for felony duty to report for allegedly failing to register as a sex offender on May 5. He was previously convicted of duty to report in December 2013.
Jeffrey Seymore, 30, pictured lower right, of Somerville Street in Manchester, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, allegedly on May 12, 2016, at the Home Depot in Hooksett. He was convicted of theft in February 2015 in Rockingham County Superior Court and in Derry District Court on September 2014.
Manuel Soares, 33, of Fletcher Farm Road in Alexandria, for acts prohibited-methamphetamine, a felony, falsifying physical evidence, and criminal trespass. On July 24, 2016, in Danbury, he allegedly was at the Danbury Transfer Station while it was not open to the public and while being arrested, removed a pipe in order to impair an investigation, according to the indictment.
