UPDATE: One Caught; Another Fugitive Still at-Large

Concord Police have arrested Kaitlyn Rollins; NH Fugitive of the Week hunt for Nikolas Carr on a heroin dealing charge continues.

UPDATE, 6:51 p.m. on April 14, 2016: Concord Police have arrested Kaitlyn Rollins on Fisherville Road after a witness reported to police that they saw her with a man at the McDonald's Restaurant, according to scanner chatter. They later left in a black vehicle and went to the Irving gas station to get gas while police headed to the scene. Rollins was arrested but the man in the vehicle was not Carr, according to scanner chatter. Rollins was turned over to sheriffs on her active warrants.

CONCORD, NH - U.S. Marshals in New Hampshire have issued an alert updating media outlets about the department’s hunt for Nikolas R. Carr, this week’s Fugitive of the Week.

Carr, 21, is wanted for failure to appear at a possession with intent to distribute heroin charge issued by Rockingham County Sheriffs and was featured yesterday as this week's fugitive. Marshals now believe that Carr is “on the run” with his long-time girlfriend, Kaitlyn “Katie” Rollins, 22, who is wanted on numerous outstanding warrants including a heroin possession charge out of Rockingham County and a failure to appear on possession of opium or its derivative charge out of Merrimack County.

“Both Carr and Rollins are known drug users who were last known to be in and around the Concord, NH, area staying with friends,” according to Deputy Marshal Jeffrey White.

Carr is white male, with brown hair and blue eyes, approximately 5-feet, 5-inches tall, and weighs around 150 lbs. He has numerous tattoos, including ones on his abdomen, chest, left arm, left hand, right arm and right hand. Nikolas has been known to use the alias of “Albert Emery” or “Nik Carr.” Carr has an extensive – and sometimes violent – criminal history, according to previous posts on Concord NH Patch.

Rollins is a white female, with blond hair and blue eyes, approximately 5-feet, 2-inches tall, and weighs around 100 lbs. She has numerous tattoos, including ones on her neck, right arm, left arm and back. Rollins has also been known to use the last name of Carr, according to marshals.

Rollins also has an extensive criminal history including heroin possession, assault, criminal mischief, felony organized retail crime enterprise, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, default or breach of bail conditions charges.
