According to arrest reports and a court affidavit, Rollins was arrested by the Salem Police on an active warrant for a theft charge at the Concord Gardens apartment complex in late October.
Police there arrested her and then drove to the Exit 5 Park and Ride on I-93 in Londonderry to meet with Concord Police for a prisoner exchange. She didn’t speak about the case with the officer, according to the report, and she was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail with a Dec. 7, court date.

The next day, police were sent back to the Gardens after receiving an anonymous tip that Rollins was in the complex. Dispatch advised the reporting officer that part of her bail conditions was not to enter the complex. A second officer saw her exiting the complex onto Christian Avenue and she was arrested.
