Alleged Prisoner Assaulter, Drug Dealers Indicted In Merrimack County
Plus, alleged Boscawen, Northfield drug dealers, alleged Pembroke car thief, a Danbury man allegedly stealing from Eversource all indicted.
CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted in May in Merrimack County Superior Court.
Larisa Day, 27, of Boscawen, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for accomplice sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine and sale of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on Loudon Road in Concord on July 26, 2017, in concert with Alton Ryan, and July 21, 2016, on East Side Drive in Concord.

Adam Dolloff, 26, of Tenney Street in Concord, for felony conspiracy to commit delivery of articles to prisoners. On Jan. 29, 2017, he allegedly conspired with Christin Oliveira to have Buprenorphine brought into the New Hampshire State Prison in Concord while he was sentenced there.

Adam Dube, 29, pictured bottom right, of Whitehall Road in Hooksett, for possession of a narcotic drug-Burprenorphine and possession of a controlled drug-methamphetamine, both felonies, allegedly on March 20, 2017, in Pittsfield.
Scott Dube, 46, of Beech Street in Manchester, for felony possession of a narcotic drug-Buprenorphine allegedly on March 20, 2107, in New London.
Jamie Ekstrom, 36, of Pembroke Street in Pembroke, on three felony counts of possession of controlled drug-Lorazepam, Clonazepam, methamphetamine, and felony receiving stolen property – a Chevrolet Silverado – reportedly stolen from West Virginia. The charges stem from an alleged incident on South Street in Bow.
Briana Estey, 23, of Blueberry Hill Road in Plymouth, for possession of a narcotic drug-Lorazepam allegedly on April 12, 2017, in Franklin.
Scott R. Farnsworth, 23, pictured bottom center, of Brook Street in Nashua, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a 2013 Volkswagen owned by another person – allegedly on March 28, 2017, in Concord.
David Fernandes, 43, with a last known address of Route 4 in Danbury, for felony theft of services – allegedly defrauding Eversource of more than $1,500 – between April 2014 and May 2016, in Danbury.
John Flynn, 62, of Diana Drive in Northfield, for sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin and sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl allegedly on Nov. 22, 2016, in Northfield. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of a narcotic sale charge in Merrimack County Superior Court in July 2015.
