According to a court affidavit, on July 26, 2016, a detective allegedly arranged to purchase $350 worth of methamphetamine from Larisa Day. While reportedly making her way to meet the detective, her car broke down and she allegedly suggested to meet her source in a maroon vehicle at the Gully Hill Shell station on Loudon Road, according to the affidavit. The detective met with the occupants of the vehicle and the operator was allegedly Ryan. “I am familiar with Ryan through previous investigations and contacts,” the detective alleged. “Ryan leaned into my open passenger window and threw a knotted plastic bag on my front passenger seat.” The detective then reportedly handed him $350.
