Penacook Man Arrested on Assault Charges: Log

CONCORD, NH — David I. Ferguson, 23, of Church Street in Middletown, CT, was arrested at 1:54 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, for theft of a motor vehicle, driving after revocation or suspension, unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, and receiving stolen property after an alleged incident at Days Inn on South Main Street.

Matthew G. Kaufman, 30, of Wheeler Road in Bow, was arrested at 7:52 a.m. on Aug. 19, 2016, for camping restricted. He was arrested in Bicentennial Square.

Nicole A. Lindsay, 34, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested on two counts of driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving after revocation or suspension, and taking without owner consent. She was arrested after an alleged incident on Summer Street in Penacook.

Curtis J. Perry, 24, of Wyman Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Aug. 20, 2016, for two counts of simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief after an alleged incident on Wyman Street.

Gregory A. Stevenson, 67, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:17 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2016, on a bench warrant outside of Margaritas in Bicentennial Square.

Patrick S. Walsh, 57, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 9:20 p.m. on Aug. 20, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions. According to a court affidavit, police were sent to Pleasant Street for an intoxicated man reportedly walking along the street, agitated. They found the man – Walsh – near Rum Hill Road and since he was out on bail – on an indecent exposure charge from Aug. 15, and not to be drinking – he was arrested and held without bail.

Daniel R. Conroy, 45, of Penacook Street in Penacook, was arrested at 12:57 a.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident on Penacook Street.

Gregery W. Pinard, 37, of Whiteplains in Webster, was arrested at 11:26 a.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, for two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at Cumberland Farms on Fisherville Road.

Jonathan E. Benedict, 31, of Prescott Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:21 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested on Garvins Falls Road.

Bruce A. Cohen, 62, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:43 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in an apartment on Loudon Road.

Brandon S. Williams, 20, of Beede Circle in Barre, VT, was arrested at 6:26 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, for possession of drugs, possession of controlled drugs, and transportation of alcohol/open container after a traffic stop on South Main Street near Sanel Auto Parts.

Malissa A. Blasdell, 34, of Chandler Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2016, for operating without a valid license and suspended registration.
