Alleged Stranglers From Franklin, Warner Indicted: Merrimack County Court

Prisoners indicted on drug and assault charges, Mass. man indicted for aggravated DWI on an OHRV, and alleged Concord drug dealer indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Anthony Landry, 40, pictured upper left, of Pleasant Lane in Warner, for felony second-degree assault-domestic violence. On May 13, 2017, in Warner, he allegedly strangled a woman.

Tasha M. Lebeau, 21, pictured lower left, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for assaulted by a prisoner. On Feb. 28, 2017, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, she allegedly struck another woman in the head.

Daniel MacKenzie Jr., 28, of Small Road in Barrington, for felony delivery of articles to a prisoner. On July 5, 2016, at the Merrimack County House of Corrections in Boscawen, he allegedly was in possession of fentanyl. Cory Malcolm, 21, of West Bow Street in Franklin, for felony second-degree assault. On May 14, 2017, he allegedly strangled a woman in Franklin.

Derek Maltais, 33, pictured upper right, with a last known address of Hall Street in Concord, for sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin. The charges stem from an alleged incident on May 12, 2016, on Loudon Road in Concord. Previously, according to the indictment, Maltais was convicted of controlled drug with intent to distribute in Merrimack County Superior Court in November 2008.

Crystal M. Marsh, 23, pictured lower middle, of Main Street in Pittsfield, for felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-methamphetamine allegedly on May 8, 2017, in Pittsfield.

Elizabeth Martin, 22, of Dumont Road in Hudson, for felony possession of a controlled drug-MDMA allegedly on May 26, 2017, in Epsom.

Brandon M. Mason, 26, pictured upper center, of Nashua, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, on two felony counts of assault by a prisoner. On June 19, and June 27, 2017, he allegedly struck two different corrections officers.

Daniel Mason, 34, of Concord, incarcerated at the time of the indictment, for delivery of articles to a prisoner-Burprenorphine and Clonazepam allegedly on May 8, 2017, at the New Hampshire State Prison for Men in Concord.

Paul N. McBride, 49, of Starbuck Lane in Yarmouth Port, MA, on two felony counts of felony aggravated driving while intoxicated allegedly while driving an OHRV on May 6, 2017, in Hill.

Curtis M. Matthews, 20, of Jefferson Terrace in Loudon, for felony domestic violence-criminal threatening and domestic violence-simple assault. On Nov. 13, 2017, in Boscawen, he allegedly pointed a firearm at another man and threatened to kill the person and grabbed a woman by the arm and pushed her toward a door.
