CONCORD, NH — A woman from Concord, with a lengthy history of assaults dating back to her teens, is in more trouble after repeated arrests this summer, after being given a suspended sentence and being ordered to attend counseling last year, according to court documents.
Jasmine Yvette Curtis, 30, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested on June 9, 2026, on criminal mischief, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges. She was arrested again on July 3 on breach of bail, criminal mischief, two simple assault, two domestic violence-simple assault, and two endangering the welfare of a child charges. Two weeks later, Curtis was arrested on July 17 on stalking and breach of bail charges.
These charges followed prior charges in 2025, including simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, false imprisonment, and domestic violence-false imprisonment on March 4, 2025 — accused of scratching an intimate partner in the back and arm and grabbing his arm and holding onto a car window, preventing him from leaving safely. She was also charged with stalking and breach of bail charges on May 8, 2025; and on stalking and breach of bail charges on May 11, 2025.
According to court documents, on July 10, 2025, Curtis reached a plea deal connected to the March 2025 incident at the apartment complex. As part of the deal, she received a 30-day jail sentence suspended for one year, pending good behavior, on the assault charge, while the other assault and false imprisonment charges were nolle prossed.

Under the agreement, Curtis was also required to participate in counseling.
Fast forward a year, and Curtis was, again, accused of assaulting an intimate partner.
Police arrested Curtis on June 9 on multiple charges.
She pleaded not guilty on June 11.
The incidents, though, led prosecutors to request the suspended sentence be imposed on June 11.
Then, Curtis was arrested twice in July on additional charges.
According to an affidavit from one of the cases, police were sent to Ormond Street for a 911 hang-up call around 1:45 a.m. on July 3.
While police were heading to the scene, dispatch said another caller reported a woman had fallen and appeared to be unconscious. Fire and rescue teams were also requested.
The woman was evaluated, during which time an officer saw a man in a white tank top with blood on it and "several fresh wounds" approaching the scene. The reporting officer recognized the man from prior calls for service involving Curtis, the affidavit said.
The man identified the woman as Curtis, and officers took her to the hospital. A second ambulance was requested to check the man, and he then returned to the apartment with an officer, who checked on the children, both under 3. One was in a playpen while the other was sleeping on a couch, and the report said the apartment door was also unlocked.
The man accused Curtis of destroying the windshield of his 2007 Honda Accord as he was "trying to get away from Jasmine." The victim accused her of jumping on the hood of the car and smashing the windshield with a broomstick. After checking the victim, EMTs cleared the scene.
During an interview, the man said Curtis went through his cellphone, became upset, and started arguing with him. He then tried to remove himself from what he thought was an escalating situation and accused her of following him. At one point, the altercation became physical, with the victim accusing Curtis of grabbing his arm, scratching him, and biting his ankle. The officer noted some marks on the man's body, according to the report.
After Curtis smashed the windshield, he exited the car and "got away from Jasmine," the affidavit said. The next time he saw her was when the ambulance arrived on Ormond Street.
When asked about the children, the victim said it was Curtis' apartment, and she was responsible for the children. The entire incident lasted between eight and 10 minutes, the victim said, and the reporting officer noted that was probably how long the children were left alone.
At the hospital, Curtis was interviewed and said she did not remember anything, according to an affidavit.
The report stated the victim was a protected party in Curtis' bail conditions.
On July 6, a judge found probable cause to move forward with the case.
Curtis was arrested again on more charges on July 17. No specific information was available about the cases at the time of publication.
A hearing was held on Aug. 20, where her bail protective order was amended. After a hearing on the motion to impose the suspended sentence, the court scheduled another hearing for Nov. 10.
Curtis is also expected to go to trial on the July 3 charges on Nov. 10.
According to reports on Patch, Curtis has faced several charges during the past 13 years.
In May 2013, she was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, attempt to commit simple assault, unlawful possession of alcohol, two counts of resisting arrest or detention, and default or breach of bail conditions, after being accused of drinking alcohol at Concord High School during a cooking class. In August of that year, she was arrested on simple assault and default or breach of bail conditions after being accused of assaulting her father. The father claimed Curtis, 17 at the time, was seeing a man, 26, from Boston, Massachusetts, who was also involved in the argument. The argument occurred at the Concord Bus Depot. About a month later, Curtis was accused of driving while high on marijuana on Loudon Road in a Toyota Camry without its lights illuminated. The window on the car was smashed and when the officer approached, there was "overpowering odor of freshly burnt marijuana emanating from the vehicle, despite the fact that the driver side window had been down during travel," a report stated. In October 2013, Curtis was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol after she was reportedly found unconscious on a bed in a man's apartment on Rumford Street after her father attempted to fetch her.
A couple of years later, Curtis was arrested on a simple assault charge after an incident at the then-Dunkin' Donuts on Manchester Street in February 2015. In December 2015, she was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension and a warrant on a violation of a protective order charge out of Pembroke. Her license was suspended a month before for nonpayment of a court fine. A week later, she was arrested again for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Penacook Street.
Curtis was arrested in June 2203 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges, connected to the same victim as the 2026 charges. She was also arrested in September 2024 on simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief charges.
