Homeless Man Arrested On Arson, Concord And Pembroke Mischief Charges: Police Log
A homeless thief faces new theft charges; man, with priors, arrested on drug sale, possession charges; woman arrested on assault charges.

CONCORD, NH — Jasmine Y. Curtis, born in 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 7:14 p.m. on May 8, 2025, on stalking and breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Red Arrow Diner at 112 Loudon Road.
Donna Lynn Johnson, born in 1953, of Concord, was arrested at 7:56 p.m. on May 7 on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and four simple assault charges. She was arrested after an incident or investigation on Christian Avenue.
Christopher Louis Quijano, born in 1996, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on May 6 on a warrant at police headquarters.

Zeki Hashim Ismail, born in 1998, of Kansas City, Missouri, received a summons at 9:08 a.m. on May 5 on a conduct after an accident charge as well as an unsafe lane change violation after an incident or investigation at the Friendly Kitchen at 2 S. Commercial St.
Robinson Billings, 47, of Tamworth, was arrested on two bench warrants at 9:57 p.m. on May 4 as well as resisting arrest or detention and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Hills Avenue.

Ryan Timothy Lassonde, born in 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 8:25 p.m. on May 2 on a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge. About an hour later, he was charged with a bench warrant. Lassonde was arrested after an incident or investigation at Cumberland Farms at 102 Manchester St.

Mark D. Yeskis, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 1:42 p.m. on April 23 on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, willful concealment, and breach of bail charges. At 3:30 p.m. on April 23, he was arrested again on theft by unauthorized taking, a felony due to two prior convictions, and breach of bail charges. Yeskis was charged after an incidents or investigations at the Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.
Connor Michael Sanborn, born in 2003, of Boscawen, received a summons at 10:30 a.m. on April 23 on a sale of tobacco to a minor violation after an incident or investigation at the Merrimack Valley Middle School at 14 Allen St. in Penacook.
Kendrick H. Waddell, 53, received a summons at 4:45 a.m. on April 23 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident or investigation at the YMCA at 15 N. State St.
Anthony Glenn Sanborn, 43, of Concord, was arrested at 12:33 p.m. on April 22 on transport of drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled drug-sale, etc., and three possession of a controlled drug charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at Friedman Court on Old Suncook Road.
Bruce C. True, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on April 17 on one felony count of possession of a controlled drug with intent to sell and two felony counts of felon in possession of a dangerous weapon charges. Alexander Pierre, 24, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:05 p.m. on April 9 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident or investigation on Ferry Street. He has an active case in Hooksett District Court on felony criminal mischief, criminal trespass, and three felony arson charges. On April 28, he was accused of starting fires at 106 Mini Storage in Pembroke, Genrose in Pembroke, and a Consolidated Communications telecommunication box on Borough Road in Pembroke. Pierre was held on preventative detention, according to court documents. The case was boundover to Merrimack County Superior Court on May 8.
