Concord Woman, With Priors, Arrested On Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Monica S. Smith, born in 1967, of Concord, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. on May 30, 2025, on an unlawful activities; litter control violation after an incident or investigation at the Durgin Block Garage at 17 School St.

Steven Anthony Anctil, 40, of Concord, was arrested at 2:13 p.m. on May 29 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident or investigation at Market Basket at 108 Fort Eddy Road.

Robert John Atwood, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 1:44 a.m. on May 28 on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested after an incident or investigation at the Railyard Apartments on Langdon Avenue.

Christopher S. Regan, born in 1992, of Concord, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on May 26 on theft by unauthorized taking charge, a felony due to two prior convictions, criminal trespass, and loitering or prowling charges. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on East Sugarball Road.

William Slocum, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on May 24 on an assist another agency issue. He was arrested after an incident or investigation on Portsmouth Street.

Gary Craycraft, 37, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 7:52 p.m. on May 23 on five warrants after an incident or investigation at Popeyes Restaurant at 304 Loudon Road. He was accused of failing to appear in July 2023 at an arraignment of a felony receiving stolen property charge from January 2023. Craycraft had a bail hearing on May 27 and is due back in court for a dispositional conference hearing on July 15.

James Patrick Alworth IV, born in 1993, of Concord, received a summons at 5:31 p.m. on May 11 on a license required; penalty violation after an incident or investigation at 80 Storrs St.
