Convicted Homeless Thief in More Trouble: Log

CONCORD, NH — Katherine J. Niles, 29, of Liberty Street in Concord, was arrested at 3 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention. Also arrested was Julie D. Moulton, 44, of Gilford East Drive in Gilford for possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested after an alleged incident on Liberty Street.

Timothy J. Byron, 28, of Robin Shore Drive in Canterbury, was arrested at 8:42 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for criminal threatening, domestic violence-false imprisonment, criminal mischief, stalking, false imprisonment, and default or breach of bail conditions after an alleged incident on Hall Street.

Richard Voigt, 53, of Pleasant Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:48 p.m. on Oct. 19, 2016, for resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested in an apartment on Pleasant Street.

Roger A. Hutchins, 47, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, on a bench warrant. He was arrested in the back lot of the Concord Police Department.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 21, pictured, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at the Target on D’Amante Drive. The charge was elevated to a felony due to previous convictions.

Cole L. Sisk, 44, of North State Street in Concord, was arrested at 1 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension after a traffic stop on Fisherville Road.

Christopher Mancini, 34, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, on a bench warrant as well as two counts of resisting arrest or detention and two counts of possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested on Portsmouth Street.

Samantha B. Hills, 21, of Somerville Street in Manchester, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Oct. 20, 2016, on a bench warrant after an alleged incident in an apartment on Maplewood Lane.
