CONCORD, NH — Garrett Jewell, YOB 1996, of Susan Lane in Concord, received a summons at 11:35 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was charged on Loudon Road near the bridge.

Kevin T. Wheeler, year of birth 1987, of Loudon Ridge Road in Loudon, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for possession of controlled drugs and three counts of possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. He was arrested in an apartment on Fisherville Road.

Samantha R. Wike, YOB 1981, of Steeple View in Penacook, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent after an alleged incident on Steeple View.

Rwigema Jackson, YOB 1981, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for simple assault and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Gardens.

Tyler J. Annis, YOB 1994, of Kesavan Drive in Boscawen, was arrested at 5:44 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for operating without a valid license and a bench warrant. He was arrested on North State Street near Aranco Oil.

Bruce A. Pickering, YOB 1957, of Concord, was arrested at 3:40 p.m. on April 23, 2017, for driving while intoxicated. He was arrested on North Main Street.

Caleb R. Fauteux, YOB 1993, of Campton, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on April 23, 2017, for driving while intoxicated-drugs after an alleged incident on Storrs Street. Also arrested was Benjamin D. Fauteux, YOB 1995, of Washington, on three bench warrants and another warrant.

Choma N. Kharel, YOB 1990, of Woodlawn Street in Springfield, MA, received a summons at 8:35 p.m. on April 22, 2017, for operating without a valid license after an alleged incident at the Morning Star Condominiums.

Keri Griggs, YOB 1975, of Canaan Road in Strafford, was arrested at 1 a.m. on April 22, 2017, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after an alleged incident in the North End/Washington Street area of the city.

Janice M. Pickering, YOB 1989, of Academy Street in Laconia, was arrested at 9:53 a.m. on April 21, 2017, for possession of controlled/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute, two counts of endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent, and possession of drugs. She was arrested on an out of town warrant issued by Loudon.

Pamela Annis, YOB 1969, of Manchester Street in Manchester, was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on April 21, 2017, on warrant. She was arrested at the U-Haul on Stickney Avenue.

John W. Hilger, YOB 1957, of Community Drive in Penacook, was arrested at 3:41 a.m. on April 21, 2017, for simple assault. He was arrested at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
