Burglar And Drug Fugitive Wanted For Probation Violation: NH Department Of Corrections

CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Corrections is asking for the public’s help in finding a drug felon and burglar accused of absconding from probation supervision.
Harrison Hieu Duong is 29, Asian, about 5 feet, 6 inches tall, and weighs around 140 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair. Duong has no known tattoos or scars.
The warrant for his arrest was issued on April 18 out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South for probation violations after a cocaine possession conviction. He has several priors, including “multiple violations” of the state’s drug laws, burglary, resisting arrest, disobeying an officer, and probation and parole violations.

According to superior court records, Duong’s criminal history dates back about 12 years, when he was accused of drug possession in Nashua in May 2013. The charge was later dismissed.
Duong was also charged two years later with two counts of acts prohibited connected to incidents in May 2013 in Nashua. Both charges were nolle prossed.
Duong was charged again with acts prohibited in Nashua in March 2017 after an incident two months before. In November 2017, he pleaded guilty and received a 12-month sentence, deferred for a year, with a $434 fine, suspended for three years.
In Hudson in January 2018, he was arrested on burglary, mischief, and theft charges. A month later, he was charged with a drug sale count.
In April 2018, Duong pleaded guilty to the burglary and theft charges and received two two-to-four-year sentences, both suspended for three years and served concurrently, with 84 days of credit for time served. He also received a one-to-three-year sentence on the drug sale charge. The prior deferred sentence was also amended to a mandatory minimum of a year in jail due to an arrest.
In October 2018, Duong was charged with burglary in Londonderry after an incident in January 2018. He pleaded guilty to the charges and received a two-to-four-year sentence, suspended for five years.
Court records stated, in May 2019, the state failed to provide the restitution amount for the sentence on the Hudson burglary and theft charges within 30 days so no restitution was ordered in the case.
Duong was arrested again in Nashua in May 2020 on three cocaine possession-subsequent charges. In February 2021, he was arrested in Merrimack on acts prohibited, possession-subsequent, resisting, and disobeying an officer charges. In December 2021, Duong took another plea of all the charges and received three three-to-six-year sentences and $1,860 in fines, all suspended for five years, with three years probation on each count.
In April 2023, he was arrested again in Nashua on acts prohibited and two subsequent possession charges.
Duong was convicted of violation or probation or parole in October 2023 and given a 12-month sentence. He also pleaded guilty to the April 2023 possession charges and received two two-and-a-half-to-five-year sentences, deferred for one year with a further potential deferment of three years.
