14 More Arrested During Operation Granite Shield Activity In Nashua

With help from the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Dept., Hudson police, 5 people were arrested week of May 1; 9 were charged week of April 3.

NASHUA, NH — Nashua police, along with help from law enforcement partners, continue to round up suspects during Operation Granite Shield sweeps.

Week Of May 1 Arrests

During the week of May 1, employees from the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Department as well as Hudson police assisted Nashua’s narcotics intelligence division and problem-oriented policing unit in arresting five people.

Tracy Carrier, 41, of no fixed address, was arrested on a capias warrant out of Strafford County Superior Court.

Nicholas DaCosta, 19, of Woodville Street in Nashua was arrested on a dealing-possessing prescription drug charge.

Randy Hildreth, 30, of Charles Street in Rochester was arrested on two electronic bench warrants out of Rochester District Court.

Jamie St. Laurent, 43, of Webster Street in Hudson was arrested on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge.

Ryan Plamondon, 48, of Blueberry Lane in Hudson was arrested on a receiving stolen property charge.

Carrier was released on cash bail. DaCosta, Hildreth, St. Laurent, and Plamondon were released on personal recognizance pending arraignment in district courts.

Arrests The Week Of April 3

Nine people were arrested by Nashua and Hudson police in early April on “various drug crimes, crimes frequently associated with criminal behavior related to drug activity and other criminal offenses,” police said.

Melissa Bable, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on seven warrants issued by the Merrimack County Superior Court, Laconia District Court, and Bow and Concord police.

Jessica Bullard, 40, of no fixed address in Nashua was arrested twice on two counts of possession of heroin-fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine, all felonies, as well as breach of bail.

Matthew Desrosiers, 44, of Ames Hill Drive in Tewksbury, Massachusetts, was arrested on theft by unauthorized taking and identity fraud charges, both felonies.

Harrison Duong, 27, of Syracuse Road in Nashua was arrested on possession of heroin-fentanyl and possession of Adderrall charges, both felonies.

Felecia Forbes, 34, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony possession of meth charge and an electronic bench warrant out of Nashua District Court for nonappearance in court.

Ana Lopez, 36, of Fairmont Street in Nashua on five counts of sale of heroin-fentanyl, possession of heroin-fentanyl with intent to distribute, and possession of meth with intent to distribute charges, all felonies.

Anthony Monbleau, 31, of Kinsley Street in Nashua was arrested on a possession of fentanyl-heroin-subsequent charge and a warrant out of Hillsborough County Superior Court South for nonappearance in court.

Craig Rochette, 37, of Stevens Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of crack cocaine charge.

Joffre Ullon Trivino, 27, of Haines Street in Nashua was arrested on an electronic bench warrant for nonappearance in court.

Bable was held on preventive detention. Bullard and Lopez were held on cash bail and are due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South at a future date.

Duong refused bail. He is due in Hillsborough County Superior Court South at a future date.

Desrosiers, Forbes, Monbleau, and Rochette were released on personal recognizance and will be in Hillsborough County Superior Court South at a future date.

Ullon Trivino was released on personal recognizance and is due in Nashua District Court at a future date.
