Nashua Man Indicted On Store Robbery Charge: Superior Court Roundup

Sex offender charged in Hudson notification case; Nashua, Greenfield women face drug indictments; felon indicted on drug and knife charges.

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

James Dorris, 48, of Gowing Road in Hudson on a felony penalty; registration of criminal offenders charge. He was accused of failing to tell Hudson police on May 5 that he had extended a temporary stay in town.

Jamie Dunn, 34, of Mills Street in Greenfield on possession of clonazepam, possession of amphetamine-dextroamphetamine, and possession of buprenorphine charges, all felonies, on April 25 in Nashua.

Harrison Duong, 28, of Chandler Street in Nashua on two felony possession of a controlled drug-subsequent, cocaine and methamphetamine, charges on April 4 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted on a drug sale charge in December 2021.

Nicole Gaudette, 44, of no fixed address in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on April 4 in Nashua. She was convicted of a prior offense, according to the indictment.

Ferdinand Garcia, 34, of Pine Street in Nashua on controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine on April 1 in Nashua and controlled drug act; acts prohibited-cocaine with intent to distribute on March 31 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in April 2017.

Shane Hirth, 33, of no fixed address in Nashua, on a felony robbery charge. He was accused of brandishing a knife and demanding money during a robbery at the CVS on Main Street in Nashua on April 21.

Darren Killeen, 51, a homeless man now located in Nashua, on a theft by unauthorized taking charge on April 5 at Target in Nashua and possession of a controlled drug-subsequent-fentanyl charge on April 25 in Nashua. Previously, according to the indictment, he was convicted of theft in Hillsborough County Superior Court South and Rockingham County Superior Court in January and convicted of acts prohibited in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in January 2022.

Joseph King, 30, of Gambia Street in Hudson on a pistols & revolvers; convicted felons count and three controlled drug act; acts prohibited, lorazepam, and fentanyl, and meth, charges, and felonies. He was accused of possessing a knife in Hudson on June 18 and the drugs on March 3 and June 18 in Hudson.
