Center Barnstead Woman Arrested On DWI Charges: Concord Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Andrea Iannotti, year of birth 1974, of Market Place in Hollis, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, on a bench warrant. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Comfort Inn on Hall Street.

Maritza Rivera, year of birth 1981, of Spruce Street in Manchester, was arrested at 7:07 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking after an alleged incident at the New Hampshire Liquor and Wine Outlet on Storrs Street.

Christopher M. Smith, year of birth 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 10:38 p.m. on Aug. 12, 2017, for duty to report and sale of controlled drugs. The drug charge stems from an alleged incident on Concord Street in the South End.

Henry W. Anderson, year of birth 1979, of Lower Straw Road in Hopkinton, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. on Aug. 13, 2017, for indecent exposure and lewdness after an alleged incident at St. Paul’s School on Pleasant Street.

Rebekah M. Berry, year of birth 1995, of Pineo Road in Barnstead, received a summons at 2:53 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for operating without a valid license on Loudon Road.

Francesca Latawiec, year of birth 1956, of New Road in Center Barnstead, was arrested at 11:46 a.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated-second offense, and conduct after an accident. She was arrested near Goodwill on Loudon Road.

Timothy O’Sullivan, year of birth 1996, of Flamingo Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:22 p.m. on Aug. 14, 2017, for prowling allegedly outside of the New Hampshire State Prison on North State Street.
