Chichester Man Charged With Issuing Bad Checks: Concord Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Ricky L. Bailey, born 1972, of Concord, was arrested at 3:26 p.m. on Oct. 27 on a simple assault charge in the South End.
Jeffrey Junior Jean-Jacques, born 1999, of Loudon, was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Oct. 27 on a conduct after an accident charge.
Kori R. Merritt, born 1987, of Laconia, was arrested at 2:42 p.m. on Oct. 25 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge at Target on D'Amante Drive.

Michael T. Chouinard, born 1992, homeless, was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Oct. 24 on two warrants by the tracks on Hall Street.
Kenny Joe Robbins, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 9:34 p.m. on Oct. 22 on a bench warrant. He was arrested in the area of Mountain Road.

Thomas Michael Pillsbury, born 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 5:56 a.m. on Oct. 22 on two warrants after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Mark S. Maynard, born 1977, of Chichester, was arrested at 10 p.m. on Oct. 21 on an issuing bad checks-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at the Service Credit Union inside Walmart on Loudon Road.
Jonathan Cooper, born 1997, of Loudon, was arrested at 2:49 a.m. on Oct. 19 on a DUI charge. He was arrested on Pleasant Street near Main Street.
Heidi H. Novack, born 1992, of North Chelmsford, Massachusetts, was arrested on a DUI charge on Water Street at 1:54 a.m. on Oct. 19.
Gage A. Pepin, born 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 3:01 p.m. on Oct. 15 on theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 and receiving stolen property-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at the Concord Public Library on Green Street.
