CONCORD, NH — Lorenzo Hicks, born 1971, of Nashua, was arrested at 2:57 a.m. on April 29, 2019, and charged with theft by deception under $1,000 at Sears at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Evan Ward, born 1994, of Allenstown, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on April 28, on an operating without a valid license charge at Marshalls on Storrs Street.

Melissa Dorothy Frazier, born 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 1:01 a.m. on April 27, on a bench warrant. She was arrested in the Hutchins Street/Bog Road area of the city.

Kenny Joe Robbins, born 1994, of Concord, was arrested at 7:01 a.m. on April 25, on a bench warrant at the McDonald’s Restaurant on Loudon Road.

Timothy Duane Miller, born 1977, of Concord, was arrested at 1:51 a.m. on April 25, and charged with theft of lost/mislaid property-two prior thefts and deal/possess prescription drugs. He was arrested at the Storrs Street Garage on Storrs Street.

Lynda Marie Thibeault, born 1989, of Concord, was arrested at 4:21 p.m. on Feb. 17, and charged with domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault after an incident on Fairfield Drive.

Jon Philips Knowles, born 1979, of Concord, was arrested at 5:36 p.m. on Feb. 17, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at D’Angelos on South Main Street.

Edwin G. Pares Belliard, born 1991, of Goffstown, received a summons at 10:59 p.m. on Feb. 16, on an operating without a valid license charge on South Main Street.
