Concord, Franklin Women Charged With DWI: Police Log

Habitual offender arrested on Fort Eddy Road; man arrested on stolen firearm charge; Lebanon man charged with trespass; warrant arrests.

CONCORD, NH — Charles Lemahieu, born 1968, of Concord was arrested at 3:36 p.m. on Oct. 30, 2020, on a driving under the influence charge and an open container violation after an incident on Loudon Road.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 5:!6 a.m. on Oct. 29 on a warrant after an incident on Loudon Road.

Amie Dianish, born 1983, of Concord received a summons at 2:45 p.m. on Oct. 28 on a warrant.

Warren L. Doucette Jr., born 1980, of Concord was arrested at 8:17 p.m. on Oct. 21, on a warrant as well as a felony operating after certification as a habitual offender charge after an incident on Fort Eddy Road.

Isaiah James Bullock, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 1:30 p.m. on Oct. 20 on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge-stolen firearm charge after an incident on Village Street.

Elaine M. Romano, born 1955, of Franklin was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge at 4:46 p.m. on Oct. 18 on Loudon Road.

Kristine S. Tripp, born 1966, of Concord was arrested at 12:52 a.m. on Oct. 17 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on Sewalls Falls Road.

Duane Ansel Hardy Jr., born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 7:40 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a bench warrant after an incident in the Durgin Block Garage on School Street.

Ephrem J. Micaiah, born 1972, of Lebanon was arrested at 6:20 p.m. on Oct. 14 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at Above All Collision on Chenell Drive.
