Pair Arrested After Incident At Concord Restaurant: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Isaiah James Bullock, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 7:46 p.m. on Aug. 4, 2020, on disorderly conduct, resisting arrest or detention, and breach of bail charges. Also arrested was Emily Munsell Libby, born 2001, of Concord on stalking-domestic violence and breach of bail charges. They were both arrested after an incident at El Rodeo on Loudon Road.

Larz Raymond Menard, born 1999, of Concord was arrested at 10 a.m. on Aug. 3 on a bench warrant after an incident at 6 Storrs St.

Alex Reid Crowder, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at Quick Stop on South Main Street on criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest or detention charges at 10:11 p.m. on Aug. 2.

Jeremiah Thomas Badger, born 1997, of Deerfield was arrested at 1 a.m. on Aug. 1 on a driving while intoxicated charge after an incident on 121 S. Main St.

Megan Rackliff, born 2002, of Manchester was arrested at 1:19 a.m. on July 31 on driving under the influence, endangering the welfare of a child, operating without a valid license, transportation of an alcoholic beverages by a minor, and unlawful possession-intoxication charges after an incident on South Main Street.

Stephen Glenn Cote, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on July 29 on a felony theft of lost-mislaid property charge due to two prior theft convictions. He was arrested after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Timothy Michael James, born 1976, of Epsom was arrested at 8:13 a.m. on July 28 on a warrant after an incident at Walmart.
