Concord Man Arrested On Stalking, Breach, Order Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Craige L. Leppard, 48, of Stone Street in Concord was arrested at 9:32 p.m. on Aug. 23, 2020, on violation of a protective order, stalking-domestic violence, and breach of bail charges. According to an affidavit, an officer was sent to Rollins to speak with Leppard who was accused of contacting a person who was protected by an order but was not in the area at the time. The officer previously arrested Leppard after an incident about three weeks before, the affidavit said. As the officer drove to the home, the protected party accused Leppard of being inside. The officer checked the area and approached the front door of the home. After yelling, "Craige, I know you're here," the officer accused Leppard of running by him to the rear of the home. After being ordered to stop, Leppard was taken into custody. After the order was checked to see that it was still active, Leppard was arrested and held without bail.

Deborah Rice, born 1963, homeless in Concord was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Aug. 22 on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident in Penacook Square.

Amy Tremblay, born 1981, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Aug. 18 on a warrant.

Benjamin Joseph Bell, 31, of Loudon was arrested on a warrant at 8:50 a.m. on Aug. 18 after an incident in the North Main Street area of the city. He was accused of failure to appear at a show cause hearing July 31 in Rockingham County Superior Court after being convicted of a misdemeanor drug charge from April 2018 in Salem by New Hampshire State Police.

Duane Ansel Hardy Jr., 42, of Concord received a summons at 9:38 a.m. on Aug. 17 on a felony possession of methamphetamine charge after an incident in the Garvins Falls area of the city. He was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court Aug. 18 and is due back for a dispositional conference Nov. 24. According to court records, Hardy has an active meth and drug possession case from December 2019 in superior court and was found guilty on possession charges in April 2019 in Concord.

Chandra Rose Bailey, 23, of Concord was arrested at 7 p.m. on Aug. 15 on a warrant for violation of probation after an incident at 90 S. Main St. According to court documents, she has an active drug possession case from Bow in May and Brentwood in March. She was convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in June and Rockingham County Superior Court in February.

Lindsay Nickerson, 28, of Keene was arrested at 5 a.m. on Aug. 15 on felony habitual offender, felony possession of a controlled drug, and controlled drug: other; sale, etc. as well as driving after revocation or suspension and disobeying an officer charges in the Fisherville Road area of the city. She is due in superior court Oct. 1.

Sasha R. MacMaster, born 1989, of Allagash, Maine, was arrested at 2:18 p.m. on Aug. 14 on a conduct after an accident charge. She was arrested after an incident in Penacook Square.

Eric Mandigo, 39, of Concord received a summons on a bench warrant at 12:15 p.m. on Aug. 12. He was served after an incident at Market Basket on Storrs Street. According to court documents, he failed to appear in court in February on criminal liability drug possession and sale charges from November 2019. Mandigo is back in court Sept. 1. He was convicted of drug possession in Hillsborough County Superior Court North in December 2018.
