Strafford Man Arrested On Strangulation, Other Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Richard John McGill, born 1960, of Concord was arrested at 4 p.m. on Feb. 17 on four counts of simple assault, criminal mischief, two counts of false imprisonment, and two counts of obstruct report of crime-injury charges after an incident on Loudon Road.

Richard F. Kuchinsky, born 1969, of Concord was arrested at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 14 on a warrant after an incident at the Concord Mart on North Main Street.

Katharine S. Taylor, born 1959, of Concord was arrested at 3:18 p.m. on Feb. 13 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident on Pillsbury Street.

Ramona Glenn Reid, born 1965, of Epsom received a summons at 5:24 p.m. on Feb. 12 on a prohibited sales of alcohol charge after an incident at Capital Beverages on South Main Street.

Dana Richard Richardson, born 1999, of Epsom was arrested at 6:39 p.m. on Feb. 11 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at McDonald's Restaurant on South Main Street.

Michael Conway, 34, of unknown address, was arrested at 10:08 a.m. on Feb. 8 on a fugitive warrant. Officers were sent to South Spring Street for a report of a woman trying to get into a window at an apartment near Clinton Street. During the call, an officer made contact with Conway, ran a check on him, and found he had an extraditable warrant out of Missouri on a forgery charge from Jan. 2. He was arrested and held without bail.

Daniel A. Chambers Jr., born 1978, of Concord was arrested at 7:04 p.m. on Jan. 28 on a warrant after an incident on Washington Street in Penacook.

Myco Foy, born 1980, of Danbury, Connecticut, was arrested at 2:16 a.m. on Jan. 26 on two driving while intoxicated charges after a stop on Pleasant Street.

Samuel F. Davis, born 1998, of Concord was arrested at 6 p.m. on Jan. 22 on criminal threatening, resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at the clock tower on North Main Street.

William J. O'Connor, pictured, 39, of Sunny Oakes Terrace in Strafford and/or Concord was arrested at 1:58 a.m. on Jan. 19 on two felony second-degree assault-strangulation, criminal mischief, and two simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident in an apartment on South Main Street where he was accused of strangling and striking a person with a speaker and a lamp, and destroying the lamp. According to police, O'Connor agreed to a portable breathalyzer test while being processed and reportedly blew a 0.13. He was held at the Merrimack County Jail. O'Connor was arraigned in Merrimack County Superior Court on Jan. 23 and released on personal recognizance bail.
