Concord, Gilmanton Men Arrested On DUI Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Tiffany Jean Labonte, 30, of Concord was arrested at 5:45 p.m. on March 15, 2022, on a warrant. She was arrested after an incident on Ferry Street.

Daniel Yuriy Gaponov, born 2001, of Concord was cited on March 13 on an operating with an expired license-subsequent charge after an incident at 20 Fort Eddy Road.

Tasha C. Sergi, 31, of Concord was cited at 4:05 p.m. on March 12 on an uninspected vehicle charge after an incident on Broadway.

David Joseph Fournier, born 1951, of North Conway was arrested at 6:32 p.m. on March 11 on a possession of a controlled drug charge after an incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Benjamin Stewart Hibbard, born 1985, of Gilmanton was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on March 11 on a driving under the influence charge. He was arrested after an incident near Eagle Square.

Zoran Gajic, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 1:48 a.m. on March 10 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident on East Side Drive.

Alan Neal Smigelski, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 10:27 a.m. on March 9 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street.

Ian E. Lorenzen, 41, of Concord was arrested at 1:54 p.m. on March 8 on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

Nicole Christine Hebert, 31, of Manchester was arrested at 2 p.m. on Feb. 22 on a warrant after an incident on Garvins Falls Road.
