Boston Woman Arrested On Credit Card Fraud Charges: Concord Log

CONCORD, NH — Jeanette Ramsey, born 1961, of Boston, Massachusetts, was arrested at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 13 on two fraudulent use of credit card and two receiving stolen property charges. She was arrested after an incident at Best Buy on D’Amante Drive.

Zoran Gajic, born 1995, of Concord was arrested at 12:56 a.m. on Jan. 13 on a driving under the influence charge after an incident at 30 Manchester Street.

Amanda Fortin, 38, of Concord was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 12 on possession of a controlled drug and resisting arrest or detention charges as well as five bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident at McDonald’s Restaurant on South Main Street. According to Merrimack County Superior Court, she failed to appear at the arraignment of a drug charge out of Concord and drug charges out of Franklin in September 2021. Fortin also has an active burglary charge out of Franklin from April 2020,

Kathleen D. McGrail, born 1994, of Concord was cited at 10:53 a.m. on Jan. 12 on an operating without a valid license charge after an incident on Loudon Road.

Robin Patricia Bailey, 50, of Concord was arrested at 12:42 p.m. on Jan. 12 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident at Penacook Landing on Canal Street.

Michael J. Croissant, born 1959, of Concord was cited at 10:13 a.m. on Jan. 12 on a conduct after an accident charge after an incident on the Branch Turnpike.

William Welch, born 1987, of Concord received a summons at 9 a.m. on Jan. 12 on an operating after an expired license charge after an incident on Beaver Meadow Street.

David Allen Higgins, 30, of Concord was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on Jan. 11 on criminal threatening-deadly weapon, reckless conduct-deadly weapon, and disorderly conduct charges after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street. He is due in superior court for arraignment on Feb. 3.

Mark T. Harrington, born 1962, of Concord was cited at 5:30 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on Hall Street.

Thomas William Guertin, born 1986, of Concord was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on Jan. 11 on driving while intoxicated and open container charges after an incident on Centre Street.

Mandy Lynn Truchon, 45, of Concord was arrested at 2:38 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a theft by unauthorized taking charge, less than $1,000, after an incident on Canton Circle.

Russell Munroe Warner Jr., born 1972, of Concord was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Jan. 11 on a bench warrant after an incident at the former New Hampshire Department of Transportation building on Stickney Avenue.
