Boscawen Man, With Priors, Arrested On Drug Charges: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Evan Ward, 25, of Concord was arrested on a felony burglary charge at 11:22 a.m. on Oct. 10, 2020. He was arrested after an incident on Garvins Falls Road. Ward has a number of active cases in state superior courts including drug, reckless conduct, stolen property, and more.

Tiffany Jean Labonte, 29, of Penacook received a summons at 12:50 p.m. on Oct. 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Dollar General on Fisherville Road. She has an active drug possession case out of Bow in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Joshua A. Waters, 32, of Boscawen was arrested at 3:33 a.m. on Oct. 7 on two felony counts of possession of a controlled drug after an incident on Dunkin' Donuts on King Street in Boscawen. He pleaded guilty to simple assault and resisting arrest charges on Aug. 17 connected to a case in Franklin.

David Thomas Swett, 56, of Concord was arrested at 12:48 a.m. on Oct. 5 on a criminal trespass charge. Officers were sent to Concord Hospital for a patient who was refusing to leave after being discharged. They spoke with the patient, Swett, who was told several times to leave after being medically cleared, according to an affidavit. After being told to leave, Swett asked, "and go where?," the affidavit stated. The reporting officer stated Swett spoke about getting a cab to Chichester but, later, refused to leave altogether, and was arrested and held without bail.

April L. Baillargeon, 45, of Concord was arrested at 1:19 p.m. on Oct. 1 on a warrant after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Robert K. Ross, born 1982, of Concord was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Sept. 30 on a driving after revocation or suspension charge after an incident on West Street.

Tiffany Scadding, 35, of Brattleboro, Vermont, was arrested at 11 p.m. on Sept. 12 on criminal trespass and theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Sean Stiasny, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 12:10 p.m. on Sept. 12 on criminal mischief and two simple assault charges after an incident at Concord Terrace.

Miranda B. Yeaton, born 1982, of Loudon was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Sept. 11 on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident on Stone Street.

Glen Walter Cummings, born 1970, of Weare was arrested at 10:29 a.m. on Sept. 9 on a warrant. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.
