Concord Man Arrested On Domestic Assault, Vandalism Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Byishimo Rugabirwa, year of birth 1994, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 12:23 a.m. on June 17, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension allegedly on North State Street near Boutwell’s Bowling Center.

Jennifer N. Wilson, YOB 1987, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on June 16, 2017, on a bench warrant. She was arrested on Penacook Street.

Margaret Carrano, YOB 1993, of Concord Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on June 16, 2017, for sale of controlled drugs. She was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord/Royal Gardens area of the Heights.

Thomas L. Chadbourne, YOB 1980, of Chestnut Hill Road in Rochester, was arrested at noon on June 15, 2017, for operating without a valid license. He was arrested on Loudon Road.

Mansfield, YOB 1993, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:33 p.m. on June 14, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, two counts of fraudulent use of a credit card, forgery, and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. She was arrested after alleged incidents in an apartment on Warren Street and Prescott Street.

Victor B. Avery, YOB 1961, of McKenzie Avenue in Bremerton, WA, was arrested at 11:28 a.m. on June 14, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at police headquarters.

David J. Florence, YOB 1976, of West Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on June 13, 2017, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief-vandalism after an alleged incident in an apartment on West Street.

William J. Signor, YOB 1982, of Tremont Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on June 12, 2017, for criminal mischief-vandalism. He was arrested after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.
