Alleged Oxycodone Dealer Arrested: Concord Police Log
Police: Woman allegedly attacks husband with knife, wood, and an elderly woman is charged with felony theft due to previous convictions.

CONCORD, NH – Dennis M. Hayes, 33, pictured, of Tremont Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:37 a.m. on May 11, 2016, on four felony counts of sale of controlled drugs from alleged incidents on Rumford Street on May 12, May 20, and May 22, 2015, involving $310 worth of Dilaudid and $170 of Oxycodone. Hayes was arrested on a warrant and had a court date on June 13.

Chad M. Wight, 39, of Branch Turnpike in Concord, was arrested at 7:11 p.m. on May 11, 2016, on a warrant by New Hampshire State Police for reckless driving, operating after suspension, and disobeying an officer, as well as several motor vehicle summonses. Wight was arrested in the area of Merrill Park on Eastman Street while an officer was investigating another case, ran the plate of a vehicle, and found that the owner – Wight – had an active warrant. He was arrested and had a court date on June 14.

Lorraine B. Bergeron, 79, of Portsmouth Street in Concord, was arrested at 4:55 p.m. on May 9, 2016, for felony theft by unauthorized taking for allegedly shoplifting about $26 worth of items from Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Bergeron was previously convicted in Concord District Court twice for theft so the charge was elevated to a felony. She’s due in court on June 20.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 21, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. on May 7, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension from an alleged incident on July 17, 2015, on Manchester Street. He was arrested by Franklin Police on the Concord warrant. He had a court date on June 13.
Trinity B. Mansfield, 22, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:10 p.m. on May 6, 2016, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent and disobeying an officer after an officer ran her plate in the Market Basket parking lot on Storrs Street and found she had a suspended license. When she reportedly pulled out of the parking lot, the officer followed and pulled her over on Thorndike Street. The driver didn’t have a license and gave the name “Amber Mansfield,” according to the report. The officer countered that he knew she was lying, due to previous encounters, and then she allegedly admitted her real name. Since she was convicted in Concord District Court in June 2015 for operating after revocation, she was arrested and had a court date on June 13.
Devin J. Cross, 26, of Elm Street in Boscawen, was arrested at 1:24 a.m. on May 5, 2016, for possession of drugs and possession of controlled drugs-marijuana after a traffic stop at the 7-Eleven on Loudon Road for no plate lights illuminated on a Chevrolet Blazer. The officer reportedly smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle. Cross, at first, allegedly stated, “No,” when asked if there was marijuana in the vehicle but later stated, “Yeah, I have a small amount behind the driver’s seat,” the report stated. The officer looked behind the seat, allegedly found the marijuana and a smoking device, and arrested Cross. He had a court date on June 13.
Blaze A. Gebo, 29, of North Spring Street in Concord, was arrested at 2:47 a.m. on May 3, 2016, on a bench warrant for nonappearance in Concord District Court on April 26, for theft by unauthorized taking, $1,000 cash bail, and felony possession of controlled drugs-heroin. An officer stopped a Ford Focus in the parking lot of the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street for failure to display plates. The officer recognized a passenger from the vehicle – Gebo – and checked to see if he had a warrant, which he did, and was arrested. “Gebo appeared to be frustrated and very jittery,” the officer alleged. “I then asked Gebo if he had anything on him that is sharp. Gebo told me he had needles in his left pocket of his zip up sweatshirt.” The officer allegedly found a black handkerchief with drug paraphernalia – two spoons with burnt residue, a loaded needled, a used, capped needle, Q-tips, and straws – tied up with a rubber band. He was held on the $1,000 cash bail.
Heather M. Everly, 31, of Wall Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:14 p.m. on May 3, 2016, on two counts of simple assault, two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, and criminal mischief. Officers were sent to South and Fayette streets to meet with a man about an alleged domestic in his home nearby, according to a report. The man alleged that he and Everly had an argument about taking care of their children and that she allegedly was yelling at him and threw items, including a shoe shelf, that broke, according to the report. He took the children into another room and went to check on her, he stated. She then continued to yell and then picked up a piece of the broken shoe self with a nail in it and allegedly “hit him in the chest several times with it,” according to the report. The officer reportedly observed scratches all over his chest. Later, she allegedly grabbed a knife, got close to him, and cut him in the left forearm a few times, according to the report. The officers went to speak to Everly, who was reportedly very upset and crying, and after speaking with her, she was immediately arrested. She was arraigned the next day.
