Concord Man Faces Reckless Conduct-Deadly Weapon Charge: Cop Log

Concord woman arrested on drug dealing charges; Methuen man faces criminal mischief charge; Loudon woman fails to appear on drug charge.

CONCORD, NH — Brian K. Bickham, 55, of Rochester received a summons at 10:16 a.m. on Sept. 7, 2020, on an operating without a valid license charge at 15 Hall St.

Jewel Burke, 39, of Concord was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on Sept. 5 on two felony sale of a controlled drug charges. She was arrested on Centre Street. Burke was arraigned Sept. 8 and is due back in Merrimack County Superior Court Dec. 1.

Nathaniel Joseph Bergeron, 24, of Catamount Road in Pittsfield was arrested at 11:40 a.m. on Sept. 4 on an operating without a valid license charge. An officer on Green Street traveling south saw a BMW with an expired inspection sticker that did not match the vehicle's registration. The vehicle was stopped and when the driver, Bergeron, was asked for a license and registration, he "immediately informed me that he did not have a license," an affidavit said. The officer checked with dispatch and found Bergeron's license suspended due to a driving while under the influence charge. He was arrested and an expanded check by the officer found "multiple prior convictions" for driving charges including convictions in Concord District Court in November 2017 and June 2018. Bergeron was held without bail. Bergeron was also convicted on controlled drug charges in Belknap County Superior Court in July 2019 after an incident in Barnstead; resisting arrest in Merrimack County Superior Court in June 2018 after an incident in Boscawen; reckless conduct-deadly weapon after an incident in Epsom and felony forgery and drug possession charges after incidents in Concord in Merrimack County Superior Court February 2018; and simple assault in November 2018 after an incident in Concord.

Michael J. Piccirillo, born 1993, of Methuen, Massachusetts, was arrested at 7:23 p.m. on Sept. 2 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident on Alton Woods Drive.

Amy L. McClellan, born 1975, of Concord was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on Sept. 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges.

Frank Dudley, born 1981, of Manchester was arrested at noon on Aug. 31 on a criminal mischief charge after an incident at Concord police headquarters.

Gage Petas, 30, of Concord received a summons at 5:29 p.m. on Aug. 30 on a criminal threatening charge. Also arrested was Anna Luangkhot, born 1984, of Concord on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. They were arrested after incidents in the state hospital area of the city.

Matthew M. Wheelock, 35, of Concord was arrested at 1:57 p.m. on Aug. 28 on a reckless conduct-deadly weapon charge after an incident in Penacook Square. He is due in superior court for arraignment Oct. 22.

Amy B. Higgins, 42, of Loudon was arrested at 2:47 p.m. on Aug. 26 on a bench warrant and a warrant after an incident on Fisherville Road. She was accused of failing to appear in superior court on a controlled drug; acts prohibited charge out of Franklin from March. Previously, she was convicted on a felony theft charges in July 2016 in Belknap County Superior Court after an incident in Tilton and Strafford County Superior Court after an incident in Rochester as well as simple assault in November 2017 in Merrimack County Superior Court. Higgins is due back in court Nov. 4.
