Alleged Drug Dealers, Burglary Suspect Arrested: Police Log

Henniker man allegedly violated restraining order, Webster man faces domestic assault charge, Concord sex offender picked on report charge.

CONCORD, NH — Seth D. Hall, year of birth 1997, upper left, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, on two counts of sale of controlled drugs and a single count of conspiracy. The charges stem from an alleged incident in the area of River Road and Mountain Road.

Nathaniel J. Bergeron, year of birth 1996, lower left, of Pineo Road in Barnstead, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for sale of controlled drugs, theft by deception, and two counts of default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Michael J. Tautkus, year of birth 1978, lower middle, of Henniker, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on Nov. 20, 2017, for violation of a protective order. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Maitland Street.

Mark S. Pasquarello, year of birth 1973, lower right, of South Street in Concord, was arrested at 12:55 p.m. on Nov. 19, 2017, for burglary. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Stickney Avenue.

Mike W. Durgin Jr., year of birth 1979, upper right, of Mount Vernon Terrace in Webster, was arrested at 8:12 a.m. on Nov. 18, 2017, for domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief. He was arrested after an alleged incident in the North End.

Joseph G. Donohue, year of birth 1991, upper middle, of Penacook Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:12 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2017, for duty to report. According to the state of New Hampshire, he was convicted of two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 16 and aggravated felonious sexual assault on a victim under 13 in April 2013.
