Concord Man Indicted For Allegedly Firing Gun At Woman On I-89

Teen indicted for reportedly stealing shotgun down his pants, man indicted for spending GoFundMe site funds, alleged drug dealer indicted.

CONCORD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Merrimack County Superior Court.

Sarah Fortin, 23, lower left, of Robert Rogers Road in Dunbarton, on two counts of sale of a narcotic drug-fentanyl and sale of a substance represented to be a narcotic drug-heroin, all felonies. The charges stem from alleged incidents on South Main Street in Franklin on Oct. 25, and Oct. 26, 2017.

Rian Fleury, 19, of Lew Alice Drive in Boscawen, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a shotgun, allegedly put down his pants – on Dec. 8, 2017, at Marshall Firearms in Boscawen.

Matthew A. Giguere, 31, of Hidden Circle in Jay, ME, for felony theft by unauthorized taking – a 2010 Toyota Tundra – allegedly on Nov. 3, 2017, in Salisbury.

Elijah E. Gross, 40, upper middle, of Thorndike Street in Concord, for felon in possession; convicted felons, reckless conduct, and reckless conduct-domestic violence, all felonies. On Nov. 19, 2017, he allegedly placed an intimate partner in danger by firing a handgun he was not legally allowed to possess at an intimate partner as well as a juvenile passenger while driving on I-89 North in North Sutton.

Jeffrey Grenier, 25, upper left, of Grove Street in Manchester, for theft by misapplication of property. Between June 1, and July 9, 2017, he allegedly spent money from a GoFundMe account set up in the wake of Sabrina Galusha death.
