CONCORD, NH — Michelle Linda Doucette, born 1983, of Concord, was arrested at 1:01 p.m. on Dec. 23, 2019, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at the Shell gas station opposite Walmart on Loudon Road.
Jason Thomas Cooper, born 1985, of Concord, was arrested at 1:17 p.m. on Dec. 21 on two domestic violence-simple assault and two simple assault charges after an incident in the Perley and Downing streets area of the city.
Charles Linberg Little, born 1962, of Concord, was arrested at 3:23 a.m. on Dec. 12 on two possession of controlled drugs, possession of drugs, and deal-possess prescription drugs charges after an incident on North State Street.

Shaunte Peightell, born 1980, of Webster, received a summons at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 17 on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.
Michael J. Guyette, born 1970, unknown address, was taken into protective custody at 430 p.m. on Dec. 17 on Fisherville Road and again at 7:58 p.m. on Dec. 16 at the Fisherville Laundromat on Fisherville Road.

James Robert Zimont, born 1982, of Hooksett, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Dec. 15 on a sale of methamphetamine charge after an incident on Manchester Street in the area of Garvins Falls Road.
Isaiah James Bullock, born 1998, of Concord, was arrested at 12:49 p.m. on Dec. 14 on domestic violence-simple assault, simple assault, and criminal mischief charges after an incident on Fisherville Road.
Julie C. Lagasse, born 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 10:45 a.m. on Dec. 13 on a violation of a protective order charge after an incident on Hall Street.
Brenden Hunter Colby, both 1995, of Concord, was arrested at 1:51 p.m. on Dec. 12 on aggravated felonious sexual assault-incest, felonious sexual assault, sexual assault, computer services; use prohibited, and endangering a child-soliciting sex. He was arrested after incidents on the Heights.
