Franklin Woman Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge: Cop Log

CONCORD, NH — Jessica L. Davis, born 1999, of Concord, was arrested at 12:59 a.m. on Oct. 7, on domestic violence-false imprisonment and false imprisonment charges after an incident in the Loudon Road and Burns Road area of the Heights.
Timothy D. Miller, born 1977, of an unknown address, was arrested at 1:04 a.m. on Sept. 25, on a warrant at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street. He was arrested again at 3:27 p.m. on Oct. 5, on two counts of sex offender registration; failure to comply, knowing-subsequent. Miller was arrested at police headquarters.
Julie Catherine Lagasse, born 1970, of Concord, was arrested at 3:30 a.m. on Oct. 3, on a stalking charge after an incident in the South Main and Hall streets area of the city.

Kirsten Lee Porter, born 1993, of Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on Oct. 2, on three bench warrants after an incident in Fosterville.
Jason Derek Woody, born 1982, of an unknown address, was arrested ta 11:37 p.m. on Oct. 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking-less than $1,000 charge after an incident at Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.

Sean Keeling Cheney, born 1964, of Concord, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Sept. 28, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident in the North End and Jennings Drive area of the city.
Shannon Marie Utter, born 1978, of Concord, was arrested at 12:41 a.m. on Sept. 27, on a warrant after an incident at The Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street.
Heather G. M. Chase, born 1989, of Franklin, was arrested at 9:57 p.m. on Sept. 23, on domestic violence-simple assault and simple assault charges after an incident at Circle K/Irving on Loudon Road.
