Concord Woman Faces Stalking, Breach Of Bail Charges: Police Log

CONCORD, NH — Brittany Silva Utor, born 1989, of Concord was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Aug. 5, 2020, on stalking and two breach of bail charges. She was arrested after an incident in the State and Warren streets area of the city.

Isaiah James Bullock, born 1998, of Concord was arrested on a breach of bail charge at 3:01 p.m. on Aug. 4 after an incident on Fisherville Road.

Harvard William Jacobs, born 1983, of Concord was arrested at 12:36 p.m. on Aug. 3 on a felony burglary charge after an incident on Basin Street.

Isaac Khalil Lafayette, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 2:15 p.m. on Aug. 2 after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road.

Robert S. Martin, born 1996, of Concord was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on Aug. 1 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges. He was arrested after an incident on Loudon Road.

Kayla J. Fiasconaro, born 2001, of Concord received a summons at 2 a.m. on July 31 on an unlawful possession-intoxication charge after an incident on South Main Street.

Jennifer L. Keller, born 1979, of Concord was arrested at 2:14 p.m. on July 28 on simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident in the area of the New Hampshire Hospital.
