Officers were called to the Everett Arena on Loudon Road for a report of a man "slamming a metal pipe" against the arena yelling, "Die, mother------, die!" When they arrived, about 100 feet from where they parked, they saw a man, with a tire iron, slamming the ground. "When the male saw us, he dropped the tire iron to the ground and sat down," the affidavit stated. The man, later identified as Dolan, walked over to the officers and spoke with them. Dolan, the report stated, made "random and incomprehensible statements such as 'am I Jesus'" while also screaming or speaking calmly. The officers asked Dolan how he got to the arena and he pointed to two cars in the parking lot, the affidavit said. The officers handcuffed Dolan for safety, inspected the vehicles, and found the windshields smashed on both vehicles, on wrote. Officers accused Dolan in the report of admitting to smashing the car windshields. Later, they found pieces of a broken tire iron near the arena and a smashed window at the building. Dolan was arrested and held without bail.
