Convicted Allenstown Thief Arrested at the Mall: Log

CONCORD, NH – Kenneth K. Smith, 24, of Alice Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:21 a.m. on June 24, 2016, for second-degree assault, simple assault, and two counts of domestic violence-simple assault, one of them a felony. He was arrested on Alice Drive.

Emmanuel Muhire, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on June 24, 2016, for conduct after an accident and operating without a valid license. He was arrested at the Royal Gardens apartments.

Christopher R. Hill, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on June 24, 2016, and charged with two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. He was arrested on North Main Street.

Sarah E. Babineau, 29, of School Street in Concord, was arrested at 9 a.m. on June 24, 2016, on an electronic bench warrant.

Steven I. Freeman, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 3:42 p.m. on June 24, 2016, on a warrant. He was arrested on Knoll Street.

Joseph K. Hanright, 26, of Lafayette Street in Allenstown, was arrested at 3:30 p.m. on June 24, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, a felony, due to two prior convictions. He was arrested at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road.

Melissa L. Guptill, 36, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. on June 24, 2016, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at the Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road.

Savanah Dudley, 21, of Upper Craney Hill Road in Weare, was arrested at 5:51 p.m. on June 24, 2016, for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was arrested at Concord Hospital.

Glenn A. Merrill, 46, of Park Ridge in Concord, received a summons at 7:30 p.m. on June 24, 2016, for a generic city ordinance violation in the Sewalls Falls Recreation Area parking lot.

Brent M. Warren, 30, of Fayette Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:07 p.m. on June 24, 2016, on driving after revocation or suspension, traffic control devices, failure to obey inspection requirements, and default or breach of bail conditions charges. He was arrested on Commercial Street.

Adade M. Aboussa, 27, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on June 24, 2016, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass. He was arrested on Fisherville Road.

Jivan D. Agoubi, 26, of Heritage Drive in Allenstown, received a summons at 9:48 p.m. on June 24, 2016, for skateboarding on North State Street.
