Man Allegedly Assaults Ex-'Friend with Benefits': Log

Concord Police: Woman wanted on a heroin warrant hid in a closet, child reveals her location to cops; intoxicated woman tried to steal bike.

CONCORD, NH — Jodi L. Chamberland, 54, of North Main Street in Concord, was arrested at 6:37 p.m. on July 12, 2016, for possession of prescription drugs without a prescription. She was arrested on Thorndike Street.

Deshon J. Stone-Davis, 20, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:03 p.m. on July 12, 2016, and charged with forgery, receiving stolen property, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, six counts of theft by deception, and six counts of fraudulent use of a credit card.

Joshua A. Knight, 27, of Old Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 5:16 a.m. on June 20, 2016, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault after police were sent to the address for a domestic. According to a report, Knight allegedly shoved the victim against a door and then, began throwing her belongings out the door afterward.

Venuste Sintukamazina, 35, of Royal Gardens in Concord, was arrested at 1:21 a.m. on June 18, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, criminal threatening, and domestic violence-criminal threatening. Police were sent to the apartment for a domestic with a woman alleging that her boyfriend – Sintukamazina – assaulted her and broke a table. He allegedly made accusations against her and activities in the neighborhood and after an argument, allegedly struck her in the face. He allegedly smelled like alcohol and was arrested. During processing, Sintukamazina allegedly stated to police, while crying, “It’s OK, God knows … God knows.”

Meghan Brown, 32, of Alton Woods Drive in Concord, was arrested at 6:25 p.m. on May 26, 2016, for default or breach of bail conditions after police were sent to the complex for a report of an intoxicated woman allegedly attempting to steal a bike. They spoke with Brown and alleged that she was “out of it,” according to the reporting officer. Since she was arrested previously, was out on bail, and not supposed to be drinking, she was arrested again.

Emmanuel Muhire, 26, of Loudon Road in Concord, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. on May 22, 2016, for operating without a valid license and unregistered vehicle after a traffic stop on Franklin Street.

Tyler L. Weeks, 29, of Village Street in Penacook, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. on May 19, 2016, and charged with simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct after police were sent to the apartment for a welfare check call and a warrant. Weeks allegedly refused to open the door for police but officers were able to push through. They attempted to handcuff him but he allegedly struggled while screaming at a woman, “Tell them I didn’t hit you!” While speaking with the victim, an officer noted injuries to her face and that her emotions flipped back and forth from relief to anger, a “clear” sign of “great psychological abuse,” the officer stated.

Adade M. Aboussa, 27, of Jennings Drive in Concord, was arrested at 2:30 a.m. on May 17, 2016, for simple assault, domestic violence-simple assault, and default or breach of bail conditions. Officers and a sergeant were sent to Fisherville Road for a domestic incident. A woman alleged that she and another man had picked up Aboussa at the Merrimack County House of Corrections and dropping him off, he allegedly grabbed her by the arm and dragged her across the floor. He allegedly also dragged her down some stairs and out of the building, pushing her to the ground. She reported having a cut hand and sprained ankle. Aboussa reportedly told police that the victim was drunk and wanted to hang out but he didn’t want her to because he was with his new girlfriend so he escorted her out of the building. She swatted at him, he stated. Aboussa later stated that had a “friends with benefits” type of arrangement, according to the report. Since Aboussa was out on bail after domestic charges, he was arrested again and held on $2,000 cash bail.
