CONCORD, NH — Emmanuel Muhire, year of birth 1990, of Concord, was arrested at 11:40 p.m. on Dec. 25, 2017, for simple assault, criminal threatening-intimidation, two counts of resisting arrest or detention, and disorderly conduct. He was arrested after an alleged incident on Loudon Road.

Allan R. Cilley, year of birth 1947, of Monarch Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. on Dec. 24, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief-vandalism, and criminal trespass.
