Belmont Man Arrested After Alleged Drug Deal: Concord Police Log

Plus, Concord residents were arrested on domestic violence charges, and a Claremont woman faces felony party shop theft incident.

CONCORD, NH — Kayleigh A. Harrington, year of birth 1987, of Union Street in Concord, was arrested at 11:01 a.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, and charged with simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. She was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment on Union Street.

Kathleen A. Day, YOB 1957, of Concord, was arrested at 3:16 p.m. on Jan. 15, 2017, for resisting arrest or detention after an alleged incident at Concord Hospital on Pleasant Street.

Karl C. Pierre, YOB 1991, of Clinton Street in Everett, MA, was arrested at 12:10 a.m. on Jan. 16, 2017, on a bench warrant. He was arrested near the Second Start Alternative High School on North State Street.

Emmanuel Muhire, YOB 1990, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension, unregistered vehicle, and conduct after an accident, after an alleged incident on Burns Avenue.

Bethany S. Whitcomb, YOB 1977, of Myrtle Street in Claremont, was arrested at 6:56 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2017, for theft by unauthorized taking, a felony, due to two prior convictions, after an alleged incident at Donovan’s Party and Novelty on Fort Eddy Road.

Shelby E. Weston, YOB 1965, of Pitman Street in Concord, was arrested at 8:22 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2017, for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested after an alleged incident in an apartment in the Crutchfield Building on Pitman Street.

Jason Fortine, YOB 1975, of Washington Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. on Jan. 16, 2017, for criminal trespass after an alleged incident on Hall Street, the former site of an Operation Granite Hammer drug bust last month.
