Police: Concord woman charged with DWI, three arrested on various charges on East Side Drive, Epsom man charged with issuing bad checks.

CONCORD, NH — Patricia H. McAulay, 59, of Flamingo Drive in Concord, was arrested at 3:25 a.m. on July 28, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at Concord Hospital.

Nicole Eakstries, 25, of Northeast Village Road in Concord, was arrested at 2 a.m. on July 28, 2016, for driving while intoxicated. She was arrested near the TD Bank on Sheep Davis Road.

Jacey R. Eaton, 22, of Hillside Circle in Franklin, was arrested at 3:13 a.m. on July 28, 2016, on a warrant. Also arrested was Jose D. Wermers, 26, of East Side Drive in Concord, on a warrant. Donald R. Boulanger, 66, a homeless man now located in Concord, was also arrested for possession of controlled drugs. They were arrested on East Side Drive.
Desiree M. Charter, 30, of Clough Road in Pittsfield, was arrested at 6:25 a.m. on July 28, 2016, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer after an alleged incident at an apartment on Parmenter Road.

Jonathan A. May, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. on July 28, 2016, for felony possession of controlled drugs and violation of probation or parole after an alleged incident at the Friendly Kitchen on South Commercial Street. According to an affidavit, he was allegedly found to be in possession of a pipe with burnt residue. After testing, it was allegedly found to have traces of fluoropentyl and tetramethylcyclopropyl.
Meaghan T. Fazzina, 30, of Thorndike Street in Concord, was arrested at 7:20 p.m. on July 28, 2016, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at home.
Adam R. Bergeron, 40, of Redwood Road in Loudon, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on July 28, 2016, on warrant after an alleged incident at Sun Tan City on Storrs Street.
Logan D. Nadeau, 29, of Warren Street in Concord, was arrested at 9:41 p.m. on July 28, 2016, on three counts of simple assault, resisting arrest or detention, and two counts of criminal threatening after an alleged incident on Warren Street.
Nathan Cote, 23, of Windymere Drive in Epsom, was arrested at 11:19 p.m. on June 10, 2016, on warrant from the Hooksett Police Department for issuing bad checks. He was arrested while a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped for failure to use a required turn signal.
Kehley M. Smith, 26, of Old Center Road in Deerfield, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on June 10, 2016, on a bench warrant and on a carry/sell weapons charge. Officers were sent to the area of North State and Hutchins streets for a report of an assault. During the interaction with the couple, police learned that Smith had an active warrant for nonappearance in Franklin District Court for resisting arrest, $1,000 cash bail. During a search, police allegedly found black, metallic knuckles in her purse, according to a court affidavit. The officer alleged that she said it was a belt buckle but they knew otherwise, according to the report. Since Smith was a convicted felon – sale of narcotic drugs in Merrimack Superior Court in July 2010 – she was issued a weapons charge.
