Thrust Middle Finger to the Face Leads to Assault Charges: Log

Concord Police arrest alleged bank employee harasser and a mother-daughter shoplifting combo; homeless drinking at Cumbies get summonses.

Kate J. Tunney, 34, of Dover Street in Dover, was arrested at 1:36 p.m. on Oct. 24, 2015, on harassment and disorderly conduct charges from Sept. 30, 2015, at the Merrimack County Savings Bank reportedly against a male bank employee who was a stranger to her, according to an arrest report. Tunney was arrested by Dover Police and exchanged with Concord Police at the Epsom traffic circle. She’s due in court on Nov. 30.

Michael D. Morin, 52, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on Oct. 23, on a bench warrant out of Concord District Court from Oct. 6, 2015, for nonpayment of a fine, $350 cash to settle, on a controlled drugs: acts prohibited charge. He was arrested on Storrs Street under the Loudon Road bridge while standing near some construction equipment.

Kenneth K. Smith, 23, of Blossom Street in Nashua, was arrested at 10:25 a.m. on Oct. 22, on a simple assault charge from Sept. 12, 2015, at Concord Hospital involving a man in his mid-30s. He was picked up at the Valley Street Jail and brought to Concord for booking. Smith is due in court on Nov. 23.

Sandra Mujinga, 28, of East Side Drive in Concord, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Oct. 20, on an operating without a valid license charge after a traffic stop on Airport Road for traveling in the center travel lane after turning from Old Turnpike Road. Mujinga was convicted of operating without a valid driver’s license on Aug. 12, 2015, so she was arrested. She’s due in court on Dec. 7.

Lauren Cleveland, 27, of Wilson Avenue in Concord, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on Oct. 11, for criminal mischief after an alleged incident on Wilson Avenue involving a 2003 Honda on Oct. 7, 2015. She turned herself in on a warrant and is due in court on Nov. 23.

Rhonda L. Lampron, 53, of Thomas Street in Concord, was arrested at 3:20 p.m. on Sept. 27, for theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. Also arrested was Elizabeth Lampron, 74, of Thomas Street in Concord, who was charged with criminal liability for the conduct of another. The incidents allegedly involving $157.08 worth of items that were shoplifted out of Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. Rhonda allegedly stole the items; Elizabeth was reportedly assisting as a lookout, according to police.

Travis J. Homo, 31, of Blackwater Road in Concord, was arrested at 2:15 p.m. on Sept. 24, on a bench warrant out of Laconia District Court on July 16, 2015, for nonappearance in court on a possession of a controlled drug charge.

Jacob C. Shock, 36, of Manchester Street in Concord, was arrested at 5:35 p.m. on Sept. 21, for failing to obtain a NH license within 60 days and operating without a valid license after a traffic stop for an inspection sticker that didn’t match his 2001 Chrysler Sebring’s registration. Shock reportedly told the officer that his vehicle didn’t pass inspection due to an emissions failure. He also didn’t have a New Hampshire driver’s license, only an ID, and allegedly stated that his Missouri license had been suspended not too long ago but should have been reinstated, according to an arrest report.

Travis Ordway, 28, of Fisherville Road in Concord, was arrested at 6:46 p.m. on Sept. 18, for simple assault and domestic violence-simple assault. Officers were called to an apartment on Fisherville Road for a domestic disturbance involving a couple arguing about divorce issues. The officers spoke with a woman who denied being hurt but they noticed a flipped over coffee table and other items strewn around the apartment. The husband, Ordway, had left, according to the report. The woman stated that they had an argument after she said she was leaving for the weekend to be with friends. As she went to pack, she heard a crash and went into the living room to find an overturned coffee table. She left the room again, Ordway allegedly faced her in the hallway and gave her the middle finger and aggressively thrust his hand forward toward her face, according to the report. “While maintaining the gesture, Travis’ middle finger then struck her on the side of the nose,” she alleged. “(The woman) said that Travis did not hit her hard with his middle finger, and it seemed like Travis ‘accidentally’ pushed his hand forward ‘just a little too far.’” The woman also played a voicemail of Ordway allegedly apologizing for losing his temper and hitting her in the face saying it was an accident. Ordway later agreed to meet with police outside of the River Hill Market. After speaking with an officer, he was arrested.

Lawrence A. Powell, 64; April A. Peck, 46; Benjamin Berry; and Devin Baille, all homeless and now located in Concord, received summonses at 10:10 a.m. on Sept. 18, for consumption of liquor on private property after police allegedly found them drinking outside of the Cumberland Farms on North Main Street.
