Drunk Driving Arrests Made On I-95, I-93, I-89, Everett Turnpike

CONCORD, NH — The following people were arrested recently by the New Hampshire State Police.

Troop A Blotter

David Traynor, 33, of Saco, ME, was arrested at 10:21 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2017, for DUI, two counts of transporting drugs in a motor vehicle, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled drug on I-95 South in Seabrook.

Roland Sylvester, 64, of North Providence, RI, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, was arrested for DUI on I-95 South just north of the tolls in North Hampton.

Justin Potts, 35, of Derry, was arrested at 12:15 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, unsafe lane change, and lane control on I-95 North in Greenland.

Stacey Philbrook, 37, of Rochester, was arrested at 11:53 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for DUI. Also charged was Michael Philbrook, 37, of Rochester, for domestic violence-reckless conduct. They were charged on the Route 1 Bypass traffic circle in Portsmouth.

Jeffrey Berube, 40, of Rochester, was arrested at 8:40 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for reckless operation. He was arrested on Route 16 South in Rochester.

Vaibhavkumar Hingu, 36, of Portsmouth, was arrested at 2:15 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for DUI on Route 16 in Dover near the tolls.

Christopher Eitzmann, 40, of Wellesley, MA, was arrested at 11:35 p.m. on Dec. 4, 2017, for DUI on the Everett Turnpike South in Bedford.

Juana Fields, 44, of Manchester, was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for DUI on Everett Turnpike North in Bedford.

Regina Florence, 35, of Brockton, MA, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for reckless operation on I-93 North in Salem.

Alexander Del More, 30, of Nashua, was arrested at 1:18 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for DUI on I-293 North in Manchester.

Brit Bell, 41, of Manchester, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Londonderry.

Alyssa Droz, 19, of Nashua, was arrested at 11:35 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for reckless operation on the Everett Turnpike South in Nashua.

Michael Rodriguez, 27, of Windham, was arrested at 4:59 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for DUI on I-93 South in Salem.

Brooke Warme, 24, of Sunapee, was arrested at 2 a.m. on Dec. 7, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, DUI – adult greater than 0.08, and reckless operation. She was arrested on I-89 South in Warner.

A 17-year-old from Columbia was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for negligent driving, conduct after an accident with property damage, and breach of bail conditions on King Street in Boscawen.

Robert White, 55, of Hill, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for simple assault at the Randy Truck Works in Hill.

Thomas Devarenne, 27, of Manchester, was arrested at 3:29 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+, DUI, reckless operation, open container, and a warrant on I-93 South in Canterbury.

Tonya Brown, 32, of Boscawen, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension-subsequent on I-89 South in Hopkinton.

Yasmin Atefi, 27, of Boston, MA, was arrested at 3:03 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for reckless operation on I-89 South in Warner.

Stephanie Matheson, 34, of Webster, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2017, for DUI on I-93 North in Concord near Exit 14.

Christopher Rodriquez, 26, in Manchester, was arrested at 9:33 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2017, for driving after revocation or suspension and possession of marijuana near the Crossroads Country Store in Salisbury.

Matthew Penner, 31, of Bretton Woods, was arrested at 1 a.m. on Dec. 1, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ and speeding – 26+ mph over the 55 limit on I-93 North in Concord.

Other NHSP Arrests

Bobby Tibbits, 47, of Enfield, was arrested at 2 p.m. on Dec. 7, 2017, for DUI and habitual offender on Prescott Hill Road in Grafton.

Roger Champagne, 54, of Hebron, was arrested at 8 a.m. on Dec. 5, 2017, for domestic violence-sexual assault – strangulation, second-degree assault-domestic violence, domestic violence0criminal threatening, and domestic violence-simple assault.

A 12-year-old from Berlin was arrested for theft by unauthorized taking – less than $1,000 at 8 a.m. on Dec. 4, 2017, on Route 2 in Shelburne.

Cody Croteau, 33, of Keene, was arrested at 11:33 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for DUI and DUI – adult greater than 0.08 on Route 9 in Keene.

James Wims, 22, of Ossipee, was arrested at 10:51 p.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for aggravated DUI – attempt to elude police, DUI, disobeying an officer, and possession of marijuana on Route 28 in Ossipee.

Madison Britt, 23, of Swanzey, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. on Dec. 3, 2017, for DUI and yellow/solid line violation on Lower Main Street in Keene.

Anthony Matias, 33, of Brattleboro, VT, was arrested at 6:03 p.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for negligent driving, possession of cocaine, driving after revocation or suspension, possession of marijuana, open container, and a bench warrant on Route 101/Route 9 in Keene.

James Bourgoine, 26, of Claremont, was arrested at 12:50 a.m. on Dec. 2, 2017, for DUI – second or third, failure to use required turn signal, open container, and operating without lights on Winter Street in Claremont.

Johnny Pappy, 41, of Madison, was arrested at 10:28 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2017, for DUI on Route 113.

Robert McGilvery, 40, of Keene, was arrested at 7:06 p.m. on Dec. 1, 2017, for aggravated DUI – 0.16+ on Route 10 in Gilsum.
