Early Halloween Forecast For New Hampshire: Balmy And Bewitching For Bats And Beasts

CONCORD, NH — Halloween is Thursday, and while a complete weather forecast is not quite ready, forecasters have a rough idea of how the weather will be in New Hampshire.

It will not be like October 2011, when the “snowtober” storm dumped a lot of the white stuff on the state. It also will not be like 2017, when hundreds of thousands of Granite Staters lost power due to a freak storm the day before. And it will not be canceled due to a pandemic.

During the day Thursday, forecasters say it will be clear and warm, practically balmy, with temperatures in the lower 70s.

The evening forecast was unavailable on Weather.gov, but should be posted on Saturday.

AccuWeather.com forecasters, however, are calling for mostly cloudy skies, with temperatures in the mid-50s, and a shower possible in the evening.
